Shariful Alam started his career as an English teacher way back in 2005 at Future Foundation International English, Uttara. It was an English medium school with British curriculum. He used to teach English language and English literature there to secondary school students leading to O-Level. After about two years he joined at Sristy Central School & College, Uttara as a lecturer of English and taught English to HSC students till July 2009. Then he joined at Milestone College at Uttara in July 2009 as a lecturer of English. There he performed the duty of Form Master and Subject In charge of English as well as taught English to SSC and HSC students. He later got promoted to Senior Lecturer and served Milestone College till June 2020. In between time of 2004 and 2018 he used to teach O-Level English language at various reputed English Medium institutions as part time English teacher. He worked as an IELTS instructor at Saifur’s Academy and some other institutions just after he completed his honors’ and masters degree in English from Dhaka University.

Shariful Alam received his graduation and post graduation degree in English Literature from the University of Dhaka. He obtained his HSC degree from Alhaj Saroar Khan College, Khulna and SSC in Science from Baliakandi Pilot High School, Rajbari. During his secondary and higher secondary studies he participated in various extra-curricular activities. He participated in district level sports and debate competitions at that time. He formed a habit of collecting, reading and studying exclusive books and dictionaries. He exhibits deep interest in studying books on Bangla and English literature. He is blessed with three kids and loves to lead simple and honest life.
